@1and1help ... right up until we were disconnected due to the ongoing phone issues @1and1 . Aside from that, a great representative/agent.

@1and1help Yes, my mail isn't working at all-when I try to login to 1and1 webmail, it tells me the username and password can't be found.

If you ever need domain or web hosting, I would strongly advise against using @1and1 - absolutely shocking support.

We were on hold with @1and1 for an hour, and then just cut off. Can't get WordPress to work at school! Help would be great! @1and1help

@jeresig dunno that I really want to recommend 1and1 (I don’t) but they have this. Used them for 14 years now
