@gapmin @Netfirms Same here, used to be the best, been with them for 13 years, customer support is now non-existent.

Customer of @netfirms since 2004, they used 2B good now they conduct business as leeches. Willing to take $ but no give service.

@Netfirms is officially the worst technical support service. A password reset for my WP leads to my site going down and template replacin it

1.5hrs on the phone & 4.5hrs worth of updates. Now the mobile version doesn't work properly. Not happy #weebly #CleanLines #netfirms
