Oh dear. Don't think I'll be using NetFirms for my DNS hosting any more. Pay extra for privacy, pay extra for subdomains. Screw that!

Every now and then I have to declare my love for the domain registrar @netfirms. Been using them for 3+ years, they've never let me down.

Good thing I checked: Netfirms borked a customer's NS server settings after an internal platform migration. #ugh

@Netfirms My server was down yesterday; today it is running EXTREMELY slowly. I've emailed customer service twice and they haven't replied.
