@Netfirms 6 days for a Tier 3 response to a service request seems excessive. If they are backlogged even note saying so would be helpful!

@jdcasa @robcottingham I'm really happy with netfirms. They're also a tucows company but great support. Also great $ on hosting.

@frankappleyard @godmere The Fulcrum had a TON of problems with Netfirms. Just brutal.

Thoroughly disappointed with @Netfirms. Switching to Google Apps has been a nightmare. Over 1 hour on hold...and still waiting.
