It's been 4 days and @Netfirms couldn't fix a simple email issue. Time to look for a good service provider. #FrustratedClient

I used to recommend @Netfirms all the time, but good lord I will never make that mistake again. Moving all my domains elsewhere asap.

Just spent 1 ½ hr. with the most ATROCIOUS CS available - Netfirms. Save yourself the headache & work with a real hosting cie. #netfirms

There are still significant problems with the @netfirms backend. it might be time to do a mass exous of domains if you’re over there
