@SellsJupp @Netfirms @BT I'm the same - have several sites with Netfirms. Usually dont have any problems, but this is a major issue!

.@netfirms refuses to discuss the false charge they made on my credit card with me. Can't discuss by phone or chat. This is unacceptable.

Sites that auto add "features" to your cart, like @Netfirms so that they can sneak a charge in, holy bad fucking UX.
