Just spent 1 ½ hr. with the most ATROCIOUS CS available - Netfirms. Save yourself the headache & work with a real hosting cie. #netfirms

There are still significant problems with the @netfirms backend. it might be time to do a mass exous of domains if you’re over there

@Netfirms The worst service! 4 days and ticket has not been resolved. You don't have an escalation process, no updates on the ticket. Booo!

@Netfirms Emails to me bouncing every night. Can't find Support Ticket on website. Email Support tab also presents "ERROR".
