I've never seen such a mess, but this Netfirms file manager is a bloody POS and that doesn't help! Whole control panel sucks anyway.

Now I'm forced to pay $95 for a hosting account I bought for $59 and they say it was a promo for new customers only. SNEAKY #Netfirms
