@netfirms has transferred, then hung up on me while waiting SIX TIMES (so far) today. And no they won't give me a direct line to call. #FAIL

Hey @netfirms - urgent issue here. Spent 25 mins on hold, 2 mis w a rep, on hold again, then the call got dropped. On hold again. Not happy.

@netfirms Y I couldn't login to the control panel. Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.
