Instead I have to deal with a brainless chat support who will not refund me for THEIR mistake. @netfirms is a scam!

Not impressed with the Netfirms to Tucows transition. I had a lot of time for Netfirms (the registar) and many domains registered there

on hold with @Netfirms for 20 minutes. actually i was put on hold, waited 10 mins + was cut off. called back + holding again. not happy.
