Wow. Not impressed @Netfirms - I just hung up after 32 minutes on hold trying to renew. Not impressed at all.

@netfirms your support has taken a serious turn for the worst. As someone who uses NF for myself and clients, I'm seriously disappointed.

Damn, @netfirms appear to be having a huge outage. DNS, email, NetFirms control panel all down.
