Disappointing that #hostsevices @netfirms have become so poor that i can no longer trust them or recommend them to anyone #serverdown again!

@Netfirms I think there's a small problem with your Payment Reminder emails. Just received one asking for "0.00".

@Netfirms worst customer service ever!Spent and hour on the phone with Gracia, and ended up no where! Rude!Inconsiderate!Not willing to help
