@benmccord I've been trying to call @netfirms before lunch and very hard to get in contact with an actual voice. This doesn't bode well.

@benlucier No complaints with services that Netfirms/Tucows offers. It's the problem of not getting a live operator to speak with.

@netfirms has transferred, then hung up on me while waiting SIX TIMES (so far) today. And no they won't give me a direct line to call. #FAIL

@Netfirms Just had the worst live chat experience ever. Your agent either wouldn't or couldn't answer my questions. Unimpressed.
