Happy I don't host my websites with Netfirms. Having to deal with their painfully slow and buggy "web app" like control panel. Grr.

@netfirms 2/2 and ur live chat just tells me that they can't help me. I have to wait for a ticket to be read and replied to. Downtime Sucks.
