No love for @Netfirms support. Response to #DNS NS issues is always "wait 24 hours for propagation", even when that's not the issue! ... 1/2

@mcahogarth I'm planning on moving my choir's site to netfirms (.ca), but you'll want them at .com. A friend has used them for years.
