Web site disaster continues - host's link to site status says OK. Site is still down, and no mail. What does @Justhost consider OK.

@justhost website and emails down for over a day now… This seems to happen with you at lest once a month. Not good enough!

In geek girl hell. Website down. Mail down. Crappy @justhost support unavailable. Cut off from the world. Except for twitter and FB. HELP!

Just got a sales promo from @justhost when my website has been down for HOURS! They can't support my existing site - not buying any more.
