@JusthostSupport or justhost could just provide that free of charge while they fix the problems. Cheaper than refunding us.

Yes. I'm going to go with "avoid JustHost as a web host provider." They've gone to crap in the last year. I've had enough.

That is a ridiculous escalation. As is the 15 minutes I've spent waiting on the "2 minute response time" chat line. Avoid #justhost I'd say.
