Amazed that @justhost ’s FTP/SFTP settings are so poorly laid out, can’t even connect with FTP to the hosting service!!! #frustrating

#JustHost has the worst customer service EVER. 2 Weeks to transfer a domain & been on hold for 15 mins so far & my current wait time 24 min

@justhost I found out that it was down through a client. This is really disappointing. Wait time from 15-19 minutes now....
