I have shared acct with @asmallorange and they are great. But with the EIG looming & the recent outages I heard about, nervous about VPS.

@arcolz Server's still broken, @asmallorange support is basically MIA, I have no idea what to do at this point other than keep chasing them.

VPS is still broken, support ticket lodged 18 hours ago and not even an acknowledgement. Not so happy with @asmallorange support these days.
