Submitted a support ticket and got a response in 15 minutes on a sunday morning. This is why I love @asmallorange for web hosting.

Server went down this morning for a few minutes. Glad to see it was resolved before I even opened my laptop. @asmallorange for the win!

Whatever bad choices you make in life, don't let one of them be hosting with .@asmallorange. They are by far the most unreliable company.
