@asmallorange Exact support we get with all our sites. it takes 1/2 hour just to confirm an issue. It drags on and on. Site is down. Simple.

@asmallorange frustrating to have a site down for almost 12 hours and live chat just keeps saying “hold for 4-5 minutes” over and over.
