had a great hosting deal through @asmallorange but they cancelled it. Fraud claimed but no explanation and they won't respond to my ticket

#ASmallOrange hosting: 5 days and I still didn't get answer on my support ticket & my sites are down. SHAME YOURSELF! Worst #hosting ever
