@asmallorange customer service has gone down the drain. I've had two tickets still waiting for a reply after a week. It used to be great. :(

I waited 4 days + got no reply on ticket @asmallorange Online help couldnt use ticket # only email. Not very "handy" Buyer beware @HandyCX
