Good Gods @asmallorange I understand a late fee but I think 10 is a bit exorbitant. Especially when I owed only 10$. #domainshopping

@asmallorange My Cloud VPS has been down for over three hours, all support says is 'working on it' with no ETA for a fix. Unacceptable.

@asmallorange you may want to tell your support people to not tell us to submit a ticket when you can't. Also chat CSR's are soo bad now.

@asmallorange worst tech support: what other hosts (site ground) immediately. you *uck up for three weeks: RE: [#KRZ-316-56349]. still NADA
