Requested extra bandwidth yesterday (ZPU-765-45301). Today site suspended for exceeding bandwidth. #Support at @asmallorange #Fail (again).

@asmallorange last few times had horrible live chat technical support. Long delays in replies and too much time for a business to waste.

@asmallorange My dedicated server is hacked and support hasnt replied for a week. Ridiculous customer service, will be filing a claim w/BBB

@beas_bloomsbury I've seen hosts other than @ASmallOrange try to *charge* for SSH. THAT is an attitude that causes problems.
