@asmallorange is close to the worst support ever. Since this morning we have tried to get support, Caleb treats us like suspects.

.@asmallorange Always take WP updates but my theme is ancient. Look for new themes every few months but never happy w/them.

@up @asmallorange is having customer service problems since a hunk of their VPS services went down for over a week, may explain the delay.
