@asmallorange Yeah, it turns out I'm an idiot :) I selected a plan with 0 databases. Sure enough... it wouldn't let me create one :D

@asmallorange bad support ticket UYW-799-32346 aso support gave up and don't give me way to fix this “read-only” mode error not reccomended
