@asmallorange absolutely the worst hosting company on the planet. No phone support, long live chat waits, servers constantly going down!

@craigmart_in @a_small_lemon the @asmallorange support service is getting worse lately, usually we've to wait 1 week or more to get reply!

@asmallorange chat support is really terrible with website down. ERROR Unknown storage engine 'InnoDB', nobody has an answer.

@asmallorange you may want to tell your support people to not tell us to submit a ticket when you can't. Also chat CSR's are soo bad now.
