No updates, no ETA, over 18 hours of downtime. "We're working on it" doesn't cut it. This is HORRIBLE customer service, @asmallorange

Complete & total FAIL by @asmallorange. Servers down for FOUR DAYS. Saying "sorry" is not enough. RESTORATION AND RESTITUTION must happen.
