@superboymicah I am with @asmallorange since November2014. It's hard to get a qualified and understanding agent. Mostly you just get excuses

Emergency maintenance issues Bizcloud15 at @asmallorange #webhosting was supposedly fixed at 10 PM EST. Site is still down at 10:45 PM EST.

Worst decision we've ever made we went w/another EIG #hosting provider. Their name is @asmallorange Our always down VPS should be named 666.
