@mattbrett @asmallorange I was very disappointed with the response time of support on Cloud servers... 18 hour response time was common

@richnosworthy Yes unfortunately my hosting service (@asmallorange) seems to have a lot of problems lately and my site is often down..

@shiftfrequency Gillian, I recommend you find a new hosting provider. @asmallorange is going from bad to worse.
