@asmallorange I did thank you... it sucks that live chat / support ticket doesn't do anything. I hate having to publicly tweet to get help.

My VPS hosting/server has been down for 8.5 hours & @asmallorange keeps calling it "maintenance". This is NOT maintenance. #lies
