Security issues at #asmallorange. Daily cPanel is compromised and forced to contact support for a password reset. No care, no escalation

@asmallorange I have a billing problem with A Small Orange. There is no phone number on the client site and chat is unresponsive.

@asmallorange: #YNM-312040. hotsop.com avg. page generation time w/ #Drupal normal caching is 5 to 10 seconds. *Average*. That's very bad.

I wonder if the Texas Attorney General's office @TXAG takes complaints on poor hosting providers like @asmallorange. Just a thought.
