Sad that @asmallorange customer service seems to have fallen off lately. 12 hours since I submitted a critical help ticket and no response.

@asmallorange the worst part of this is, I Paid for the chargeback, and got my account suspended AGAIN because you don't recognise my ID.

@inrng @asmallorange "much worse" is understatement. Downright incompetent. Support told me to delete blog config files to "fix" problem...

FYI @asmallorange does not have a reliable backup system. Just needed to restore something, and apparently they have no backups whatsoever.
