@asmallorange @composerspang Understanding is undue here. Outage is one thing, having no ETA and clear explanations is worse. DO SOMETHING!

@uphamG @asmallorange I've gotten more human responses by sending in a ticket. Their chat support reps are not very helpful & robot-like.
