@pstephan1187 gotcha! Don’t think I have anything in mind. I use servint for managed, they have some cloud-ish options - great support!

@servint We should never have to wait 30 min+ for a response to a 'server down' tkt, esp when your system already sees the server as offline

I'm annoyed with @servint servers always going down. Their solution is always spend more. Need to find another service!
