@servint VPS extended downtime in a "not service affecting" SolidFire maintenance window. Wow just like last year. 5/5 stars for consistency

@servint instead of compensating me a month I was given "not covered in our SLA" zTotally disappointed by the service. #hosting #sucks

@servint I don't usually take to social media to file complaint but no choice - I lost a month of data, 3 customer, from poor communication.
