@servint My server is down. Can't login to portal. Can't recover password. Can't login to WHM. Can't reach a human to talk to. HELP!

@servint instead of compensating me a month I was given "not covered in our SLA" zTotally disappointed by the service. #hosting #sucks

@servint VPS extended downtime in a "not service affecting" SolidFire maintenance window. Wow just like last year. 5/5 stars for consistency
