@Verio If @veriosupport was more helpful in the first place, you wouldn't be losing a client. Customer Service is key, and you don't have it

I have honestly never had such a horrible experience with technical support as I just did with @Verio. If you have a choice, avoid them.

@verio a customer of five years has a credit card expire. No call, no email. Just shut the site down. Moving them to a new host.
