@Verio I may have managed to solve the problem by applying a sledgehammer via FTP. No way to run a railroad. no thanks to tech support.

@McCarron I've had problems with every VPS host out there except for Verio. They're pricy, but worth it in my book.

on the phone with Verio customer service for a friend. what a frustrating process. i dont think their tech support is properly trained
