@Verio I may have managed to solve the problem by applying a sledgehammer via FTP. No way to run a railroad. no thanks to tech support.

Fixed my own problem with Verio -- I only needed to delete 90% of my emails. I can't wait to cancel my account

@McCarron I've had problems with every VPS host out there except for Verio. They're pricy, but worth it in my book.

Hmmm, Facebook is timing out and having database problems, and tracerts keep getting lost in verio-land....

on the phone with Verio customer service for a friend. what a frustrating process. i dont think their tech support is properly trained
