@atumIT Yes, ZEP website still down. This has never happened before. Server host (Verio) techs working on it.

Lesson learned to stay clear of @Verio hosting. Continue to receive terrible customer service for server-level malware @veriosupport

@veriosupport is the worst. Stay away from @verio. $599 /no for hosting so far been waiting 21 hours for you to reboot my server.

Web site down for 6 days because Verio crashed our server. Can't seem to get them to act to restore it So much for customer service.@Verio
