Yep. Unreliable and no cust. svc. when you need it most. RT @evilscholar Pretty much decided to move away from hosting with #verio ASAP.

Have had numerous problems with @verio this year. Customer svc always terrible, too. non-responsive. takes no responsibility #verio #fail

@Verio is failing miserably. Sites are DOWN. Not slow, DOWN. And you have not the least bit of customer service. #verio #fail #pathetic
