@veriosupport & @verio Supposedly, it's been an elevated issue for 4 days now. No updates, no callbacks...no #support! Horrible #hosting!!!

So tomorrow I will be making the switch from my OneTouch Verio to the Accu-Chek Mobile. Sick of inaccurate results.

I've given up on Verio as a web host. Hands down, the worst support. They simply ignore the requests no matter how broken you are.

I hate tweets that rage about hold-times but damnit Verio, you said 5 minutes, its been 35 minutes. Im calling b/c you wont stop billing us!
