@davenielsen just said if no self-service it is not a cloud. #disagree. Think hosted private clouds a la Savvis, GoGrid, Sungard.

@stewsnooze yes. Still haunted by the wasted weeks on amazon, gogrid etc trying to setup usable test and stage environments for SQL server
