Never hosting with ServePath from GoGrid again. service sucks. can't login or reset pwd & can't request a cancellation. EPIC FAIL

Yes @GoGrid, saving to Cloud Storage. Tight deadline: we restarted on WestCoast (11pm - 3am). Resulted in a FATAL error saving. Ticketed.

@GoGrid I appreciate the apology, but that's not going to prevent you from hemorrhaging clients. One outage is a fluke, this is just stupid.

@GoGrid - seems that poor support running AD, if so, we need to quit ASAP. Some sysprep problem. Ticket has detail. Avoid incurring $.
