So my monthly server bill is usually not too high. This month @gogrid made a billing mistake and it's $3300. Some customers charged 100K.

@PaulKGoddard They might be trying @gogrid they are experts at 500 Internal Server errors.

@randybias @gogrid You sat like you're surprised. I and others warned them so many times about security holes and noone would listen.

@GoGrid yes... but they are telling me a senior engineer needs to look at it. Server caught in reboot loop... 10h of downtime and counting..
