I love @GoGrid, but they need to process SLA credit request with more clarity when they cause major downtime to their customers.

@swewing yeah, I just signed up for GoGrid to get onto EdgeCast. Dunno if GG mind me just using CDN tho. The functionality looks great

@famo I've been using EdgeCast through GoGrid without any other services for about 2 years now. They've never said anything!
