customer service guy has no idea how to resolve issue. bluehost, this is very disappointing, hire some capable people, or lose cred. #fail

Whoa, @bluehost just took a dump. Several of my sites are down and I can't log into CPanel. And I was going to go to bed.

having issues with @Bluehost, they deactivated both of my sites this morning due to performance problems. :( I'm so confused.
