It seems like the next-to-most-recent version of Filezilla is Jaws-level awesome for Bluehost, & the newest update is basically Left-Shark.

@FutureHector @cristian_cib @Bluehost once had amazing cs... for me, I'd rather handle most things myself AND NOT NEED customer service. :)
