to clarify some recent questions: @TripleHost is run through a reseller account using our servers, managed by HostDime in their datacenters.

@hostdime Yeah well your staff offered me FIVE DOLLARS for my trouble. I can't even buy an Americano with that in the third world.

@hostdime 5 hours and I get a response telling me to update nameservers. I cant, thats the entire reason I opened the ticket! so frustrating

Not particularly happy with the service from @hostdime uk. No alerts sent to say the server is down, and it's still down 6+ hours on.
